Our localized cryotherapy device stands as the most versatile cryostimulation equipment available today. Designed and produced in collaboration with experts in physiotherapy and pathophysiology, this device ensures the quickest and most effective application of cryotherapy benefits. It uniquely integrates rapid localized "ICE" and "COMPRESSION" treatments into a single session.
What Is Cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy involves the application of extremely cold temperatures for medical purposes. This technique dates back to 2500 BC when the Egyptians used it to treat injuries and reduce inflammation. In recent decades, cryotherapy has gained popularity in Europe and Asia for promoting athletic recovery and enhancing performance.
Our localized cryotherapy service offers an invigorating solution to reduce inflammation and swelling while boosting collagen production. Using advanced technology, our device utilizes dry carbon dioxide vapors to rapidly cool the skin's surface from 110°F to approximately 45°F in a targeted area. This prompts the body's natural response, causing blood vessels to constrict, followed by dilation once the cold source is removed. This process enhances blood flow, delivering oxygen, nutrients, and enzymes while eliminating waste through the lymphatic system. When incorporated into pain management routines, localized cryotherapy can expedite healing from injuries, inflammatory conditions, or overuse, complementing other rehabilitation treatments. Additionally, our Certified Cryotherapy Specialists can harness the device's versatility for aesthetic benefits such as acne clearance, hair rejuvenation, and skin tightening and brightening through specialized attachments and techniques.

Our skilled CryoSpecialist will utilize our localized cryotherapy device to tighten your skin, boost circulation, and promote oxygen-rich blood flow to both the dermis and epidermis, stimulating collagen production. Additionally, the CO2 vapor used in the process will gently exfoliate dead skin cells. Multiple sessions can result in firmer skin, noticeable improvement in skin quality, a reduction in wrinkles and fine lines, and a more youthful appearance. Please note that collagen and elasticity take time to develop, so a treatment and maintenance plan is recommended for optimal results.

Our localized cryotherapy device has demonstrated effectiveness in slowing skin cell production, reducing inflammation, and alleviating itchiness and soreness associated with psoriasis and eczema. The cold CO2 stream also helps treat acne by exfoliating dead skin cells and reducing inflammation. With the proper technique, cryotherapy can also diminish the appearance of rosacea, stretch marks, and various types of scars.

Patterned baldness or thinning hair is often associated with excessive "DHT," leading to an overproduction of sebum. This sebum shares space with hair follicles, and its increase can block the follicles. Localized cryotherapy has been shown to reduce sebum production and boost blood flow to hair follicles, potentially promoting hair growth, typically noticeable about two weeks after the first session. However, if the hair follicle has been destroyed or never existed (such as after laser hair removal or skin grafting), new or increased hair growth is not possible.
Alopecia, on the other hand, is an autoimmune condition where the immune system attacks hair follicles, causing hair loss. Localized cryotherapy can help by reducing inflammation, calming the immune system, and increasing nutrient delivery to hair follicles through improved blood flow, thereby promoting hair growth.

We wish we could provide a definitive answer, but the number of sessions and their frequency will vary based on each individual's goals. During your first treatment, our CryoSpecialist will discuss your goals, history, resources, and schedule in detail. Together, you will develop a plan that works towards achieving your objectives without adding extra stress to your life. Balance is key.

Your safety is our top priority! Only a trained and certified cryotherapy specialist will conduct your session. It is their responsibility to ensure you are properly prepared, dressed, and that the correct settings are in place. Our localized cryotherapy device uses CO2, similar to a fire extinguisher, and features automatic shut-off mechanisms if the device gets too close to your skin or if your skin temperature drops below a safe level. Additionally, the device operates in increments of 30, 60, or 90 seconds, requiring the cryo specialist to be present, alert, and continuously monitoring your session.
